Watch breathing simply means being aware of the process of breathing. Feel your breathing​. The inbreath and the outbreath. Just become conscious of it. Do not think about it. Do not say in your mind: “The air is going in. The air is going out. I am watching it.” No. Let there be no voice in your head. No words. Just silent space.
